Mr. Jerry Shittu Dumbai is in charge of Design, Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation(BEME), Preparation of Tender Documents and Site Management in the company.
He is a graduate of University of Maiduguri, Borno state in 2004. He holds Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Water Resources Engineering with over 19years Experience.
He joined VGNL in year 2008 from Water Engineering Specialist Nig. Ltd., after working for Omodem Covenant Ventures for 3 years as a Site Engineer.
Jerry Shittu Dumbai have deep knowledge and experience in Geotechnical Engineering infrastructures ( Deep Foundation by Vibroflotation Method and Piling), Marine Structures (Jetty and Shoreline Construction)and other civil engineering infrastructures.
